 The Dry Cell is a more advanced design. The bulk of the fluid is contained in a separate reservoir tank.

Water moves into the Dry Cell, is turned into HHO which exits and returns to the Reservoir.

The flow of electrolyte through the system can help dissipate heat from the system.

However, many Dry Cells also overheat. Some have tried to solve this by adding cooling radiators, pumps and other means to remove the heat.

However, there is something that can and must be done to prevent heat production in the first place and which also increases efficiency. 

The question is, “What causes the heat?”
